Returns Policy & Refunds

1. We accept change of mind returns for necklaces and bracelets within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
2. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns for earrings.
3. Please email info@klaylife.com to request refund or exchange.
4. Item to be returned in perfect unused condition and in original packaging.
5. Given we are a small business, we cannot cover freight for change of mind returns.
6. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, klaylife cannot be held liable and refund / exchange will not be issued.
7. Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be applied.
