Returns Policy & Refunds


  1. We offer a 14 day change of mind return, sale items included. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return. Bespoke pieces made specifically for you can't be returned.
  2. The item will need to be meticulously packed in its original packaging and return shipping will need to be covered by you, the buyer. Due to their size and weight, large furniture pieces also incur a 15% restocking fee on change of mind returns.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, if it is in perfect condition a refund for the piece will be issued. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, klaylife cannot be held liable and credit / exchange will not be issued.
