Shipping is calculated at check out and is based on metro locations. If you are regional, we will contact you post sale with final shipping cost. Should you not accept we will provide a full refund.

For XL pendants, freight is POA and varies according to location. Contact us for a quote prior to purchase. Or once purchase is made, we will revert with a shipping fee. Should you not accept we will provide a full refund.

If the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 7-10 business days from time of payment and provide tracking details upon dispatch. 

 

For customers based outside of Australia, please contact us for a freight quote.

We send our chandeliers/pendants either direct to your door using fully insured air/sea freight or to your closest International Airport* on a CIP basis (Cost, Insurance and Passage). A comparison quote can be sent to you for you to assess prior to purchase. 

Should you decide to send the goods to your closest port, you, the buyer are responsible for all arrival charges. 

Price of item does not include local duties and taxes if applicable.

The amount quoted for freight may vary depending on the prevailing rates at the time of despatch.


klaylife provide an approximate lead time for the receipt of your order, based on current manufacturing and shipping times at time of purchase.
Circumstances may change beyond our control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on quoted ETA. Deliveries can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays and raw material shortages. klaylife do not offer cancellations or refunds due to delays.

Returns Policy & Refunds


  1. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of sale and only if there is a piece of similar value available to exchange with. These pieces are custom made and one offs so refund is not accepted.
  2. As products are unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement for any exchanges. A credit note will be offered in the event of a damaged item.
  3. In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, customers must e-mail info@klaylife.com
  4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
  5. While we take all care to ensure items are not damaged in transit, occasionally accidents happen. Damaged in transit items will be repaired or replaced with a credit note. Refunds will not be provided.
