The Hanale Mirror is made from reclaimed teak in a natural finish.
We specially source our relcaimed teak for its unique, weathered characteristics, durability and strength. The teak is reclaimed after being discarded when old Javanese buildings are dismantled, once no longer safe to live in.
The exposure to weather and decades of consistent air-drying give it exceptional strength and stability, while the combination of strength and rich natural oils guarantee longevity. Reclaimed teak can easily last a lifetime.
Reclaimed teak has its own history which gives it a uniquely beautiful character with a rustic, engraved look that adds an element of life to our designs.
Imperfections are intentionally left intact to tell the story of the teak's former life. We embrace these features as a testament to the unique qualities of natural materials, they are an integral and sort after part Uniqwa's design process

How long will it take to receive my order?
Lead time varies according to the style, so it's best to get in touch first to check availability. We'll quote an approximate lead time when you order. This range ships direct from our supplier's production run, so dates can move with shipping schedules and material availability. We'll keep you updated, but we can't cancel or refund an order because of a delay alone.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your piece, with the balance due before dispatch. Deposits on this range are non-refundable on change of mind.
What is the returns policy?
This range is made to order and shipped direct from our supplier, so we can't offer change of mind returns. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the piece and the packaging, and keep any broken parts with the original cartons. We'll arrange the repair, replacement or refund from there. Approved returns must go back in original packaging with the courier we arrange.
What is the exchange policy?
We don't offer change of mind exchanges on this range. Where we do approve a non-fault return or exchange, a 15% restocking fee applies and transport costs are the buyer's responsibility.
How much is shipping?
Freight price will vary according to the size/weight of the item and the delivery address. Just let us know what you are after and we will revert with freight quote and lead time.
Is there a warranty?
This range is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
