We endeavour to hold stock of popular colours, however should we need to have your handmade piece custom made, a typical lead-time for our signature chandelier range, including shipping from South Africa, is 12 to 16 weeks. For smaller pieces, we aim for 6-8 weeks. Actual lead-time can vary dependant upon factory loadings, availability of components and transportation. We will provide regular updates on the progress of your order and the expected availability.

All shipments must be signed for by the purchaser or a person nominated by the purchaser, so it is important to ensure that someone is there to take delivery.
Sometimes additional people or equipment may be needed to assist with unloading of extra large or heavy items. This will be discussed at the time of order.
WARNING: Some klaylife chandeliers may be too heavy for one person to manage. Ensure safe work practices are used at all times.
IMPORTANT: If a delivery is not able to be effected due to unclear delivery instructions, no suitable person being available to take delivery or the lack of requested additional assistance, additional freight charges will apply. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Standard delivery times to all of the major centres is between 5 and 10 days. There are many factors beyond our control that might affect the accuracy of an estimated date, but all shipments are tracked and progress can be monitored. Delivery times to other areas will be provided as part of the quotation.

Applies to all orders world wide. Pending we have the piece(s) in stock, free shipping will take 3-7 business days. Handling time on all in-stock orders is one business day.
Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
We offer a return or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the tags still attached. Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully. We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unworn and undamaged faulty items that still have the tags attached. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.Please understand the beads won’t be perfect circles and the colours will vary slightly. Because the beads are porous, some will absorb the dye more than others. We do not consider this faulty.
Returns Policy & Refunds
1. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of sale.
2. As products are unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement for any exchanges. A credit note will be offered in the event of a damaged item.

4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
5. While we take all care to ensure items are not damaged in transit, occasionally accidents happen. Damaged in transit items will be repaired or replaced with a credit note. Refunds will not be provided.
