Available in two colourways: Olivine Green and Osso White. Oak legs can either be stained (as per the image) or in a natural, lighter tone.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production leadtime once deposit is paid is 4 weeks. Depending on location, freight may take up to a week. If urgent, get in touch and we will try expedite.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure stock. Payment in full must be received before the dispatch of any orders.
How do I care for my coffee table?
We recommend ensuring any spill be cleaned as soon as possible using only a lightly dampened microfiber cloth.
Do not use harsh detergents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning products on your piece. These can lead to a breakdown of the sealing agent.
A dry microfiber cloth can be used for dusting.
Our sealing agent is tested to have resistance to cold liquids when cleaned promptly, as well as heat deriving from contact with cups of tea or coffee. Contact with hot/boiling pots must be avoided.

What is the returns / exchange policy?
Because each Forma(ea) piece is made-to-order by hand, change of mind exchanges or refunds cannot be honoured.
Does the coffee table come with a warranty?
Forma(ea) 6-month warranty period commencing from the delivery date covers the structural integrity of each Forma(ea) piece.
Structural integrity relates to the ability to withstand the typical load expected without deformation.
In the case of structural integrity failure, Forma(ea) will assess if a repair or replacement part is the best course of action to amend the issue.
General wear and tear, staining, chipping, minor cracking and dents are not covered by warranty.
Each Forma(ea) piece is hand finished and will have some irregularities on the surface. These irregularities are not faults and are a result of design decisions and the hand finished nature of the piece.
Damage arising from environmental conditions and temperatures that differ from the expected norm such as heat, cold and moisture will not be covered. These conditions include and are not limited to underfloor heating, placement next to a fireplace or heat source and being kept in a space without proper ventilation.
Unless stated otherwise, your Forma(ea) piece should not be kept outdoors.
Damage as a result of incorrect assembly will not be covered by Forma(ea).
