Our Masekela Lounger is made from sustainable water hyacinth, a beautiful natural textural material. Water hyacinth, a fast-growing, invasive weed forms large, dense mats on the water surface if left to grow uncontrollably. Water hyacinth is harvested when removed from waterways to allow light in, making it an eco-friendly material choice for furniture manufacturing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Lead time varies according to the style so best to get in touch first to check availability. Uniqwa Collections will quote an approximate lead time based on current manufacturing and shipping times at times of purchase. Circumstances may change beyond their control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on quoted ETA. Deliveries can be delayed due to changes in shipping shedules, carrier delays and raw material shortages. Uniqwa Collections do not offer cancellations or refunds due to delays.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure stock. Payment in full must be received before the dispatch of any orders. Please note that Uniqwa Furniture does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases once deposit is paid.
What is the returns policy?
Only faulty or damaged product may be returned and are subject to prior authorisation at Uniqwa Furnitures discretion. Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Uniqwa Furniture does not issue refunds. In certain circumstances they can authorise an exchange or refund. In the circumstances Uniqwa Furniture accepts an exchange or refund, a 15% restocking fee of goods will apply. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with an approved Uniqwa Furniture courier. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, that is not a Uniqwa Furniture approved courier, Uniqwa Furniture cannot be held liable and credit / exchange will not be issued.
What is the exchange policy?
Uniqwa Furniture does not accept exchanges for change of mind purchases. In certain circumstances and under the sole discretion of Uniqwa Furniture, they may authorise an exchange. Additional Transport charges for exchanging product will incur additional transport fees.These fees are not the responsibility of Uniqwa. Any exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging and in original, undamaged condition with approved Uniqwa Furniture courier.
How much is shipping?
Freight price will vary according to the size/weight of the item and the delivery address. Just let us know what you are after and we will revert with freight quote and lead time.
Is there a warranty?
Uniqwa Furniture offers a 1 year limited warranty from sale on Invoice against manufacturing faults, which are determined at Uniqwa Furniture's discretion.
